The site "POLITIKA" is created for placing about political system of Russia and links to similar resources.

Most of information here is in Russian. English part now includes the page with general information on Russia and remote pages on Russian Governors' elections 1996/1997/1998 and about general Lebed

Russian version (that can also be viewed in latin letters through transliteration port) includes text of Constitution, detailed directories on the Council of Federation, the "State Duma", Government and Constitutional Court, a little about the President and Ombudsman.

Later - some inormation on regions and elections is to appear here.
